Title: Sim Racing
Post by: ShadeTreePC on January 28, 2015, 02:47:41 pm
I'm putting together a racing league for Wednesday nights.
Right now I am running hot lap competitions for Assetto Corsa and GTR2.
XSR is where I currently race on Monday nights (GTR2).
(see more info at: http://xploresimracing.com)

I'm open to a full on series in either AC or RFactor.
So, if your interested, let's get a discussion of what series we should run.

Suggestions:
UKSOM, VHR Stockcar, GP3, F1, Virtua LM

So I take it that no-one at RBW races?

Sim racing now has a "presence" in RBW.

For those that didn't notice, there is a "Racing" channel in teamspeak.
XploreSimRacin g.com has teamed up with RBW to gain exposure for both groups.

Currently, XSR has 3 different racing series a week (Sat, Sun & Mon)
Saturdays are RFactor
Sundays is Game Stock Car Extreme
Mondays is GTR2.

The mods and tracks rotate often, but most are various sports car series.
(World Endurance, Brazillian V8s, GT3, G3)
There is the occasional open wheel and rally races.
(Formula Atlantic 76, Kart, Superkarts, World Rally, DRM)

All series require registration on the forums at http://www.xploresimracing.com/forum/index.php (http://www.xploresimracing.com/forum/index.php)

All races start qualifying at 6pm mst (8pm est)

All 3 games can be found on Steam. RFactor (RF1) and Game Stock Car Extreme (GSCE) can also be purchased from their publishers directly and download.
