Title: Elder Scrolls Recipe help--Bewitched Sugar Skulls WTB

Hi all  does anyone have the recipe for Bewitched Sugar Skulls?
It's the only one my chef is missing from halloween contact me in ESO under @MagiK
In lieu of that perhaps a similar dish with equal stats?
Willing to pay a decent price.

Not sure I but I thought there was a few left in the guild bank? If not send me a message in game and I will check my scrolls chest
