Honorary MemberA member of the Watch who, through word or deed, is considered a lifetime member.

Sergeant First Class (SFC)This is the highest enlisted rank possible to attain by one's own merits in one's company. A SFC should be well-versed in the game that they play and be a subject knowledge expert. To attain any higher, a SFC must present an astounding image to the guild as a whole.A Sergeant First Class in good standing may be promoted to Sergeant Major 180 days after their date of rank. At the Company Commander's discretion time may be extended or shortened in this rank due to merit.

FPS Senior Aviator Award (RETIRED)AWARD: Senior Aviator Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to a member who has shown above average piloting skills in at least one fixed wing aircraft, and one rotary aircraft, or two-fixed wing aircraft on a continuous basis.

Achievement MedalAWARD: Achievement Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is presented by an officer or NCO to a member that has performed a specific task above and beyond the specifications laid out.
AWARD AUTHORITY: All Game Officers, RCO, DCO and Wardens
JUSTIFICATION: This award is for doing a single task well, not an ongoing effort to improve the overall company.
CATEGORY: SERVICE MEDAL

Joint Action MedalAWARD: Joint Action Medal
DESCRIPTION: A member receives this award after participating in joint events with another guild or other player organization.
AWARD AUTHORITY: Officer with most knowledge of event
JUSTIFICATION: This award is awarded for working with another guild to co-host events/raids.

DESCRIPTION: Awarded to a member who has mastered piloting skills in at least one fixed wing aircraft, and one rotary aircraft, or two-fixed wing aircraft on a continuous basis.

10 Year Veteran Recognition AwardAWARD: 10 Year Service Recognition Medal
DESCRIPTION: This is a regimental medal, awarded to a member in honor of their ten years of membership in, and dedicated service to the Royal Black Watch Regiment.
AWARD AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO and Wardens, Adjutant, PAC Officer.
JUSTIFICATION: Ten years service to the Royal Black Watch Regiment.

Elder Scrolls Online Formation Award (RETIRED)AWARD: The Elder Scrolls Online Formation Award
DESCRIPTION: Member was part of RBW and the original team for Guild formation during the ESO "head start".
AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO, CSM, Squad leader
JUSTIFICATION: Verification by the person issuing the award that the receiving member meets the criteria listed in the award description.
