A man was in a coma for a while...
His wife was at his side day and night.
One day, the man woke up.
Signaling his wife to come near him he whispers her:

When I was fired, YOU were with me.
When we lost our house, YOU stayed by my side.
When I had my ski accident, you were by my side.
And when I got really serious health complications, YOU were always by my side.
