Bleh, get 6 minutes of blank screen and all the youtubes are pulled as fast as they come up

At least people seem to keep uploading it as fast

SMEXY trailer.

Oh the choices it will be.. sith or jedi, force sensitive or not. Fun side or good looking underdog ('cuz everyone and their cousin will play sith).

I cant decide if I want a consulor or jedi knight

the republic side will be the least played because 99% of the player base will want to be evil.

I will dabble in both, though will mostly play light/good side. Going evil is fun once and a while- but I much prefer to thwart the forces of evil than join them.

I'd like to play a bounty hunter, but not if it forces you to play for the dark side. You should be independent. Same thing goes for the Smugglers. I'm sure The Internet has pointed that out. I guess Bioware just had to draw a line in the sand...

Looks like a lot of interest in SWTOR. I'm just curious to see how it works with our guild. Will we need to choose which side (good or bad) our guild will be on or will it support both sides?

There haven't been any official decisions made yet, but I'm guessing we'll go Republic as our guild faction, possibly with a dark side "sister" guild under a different name for folks who want to play dark side alts. Some of the things the sith do go against the RBW image as a guild, e.g., in episode 3 when dark side Anakin murdered all the younglings in the Jedi temple.

I agree with the idea that Bounty Hunters and Smugglers should be neutral, or at least allowed to be neutral.

It has been looking more and more amazing as the updates come. One think i was really happy with were the ships they are allowing us for a type of housing/meeting area. I also wish there was more of a "netural faction" for them as well, but we will see how things shape up, so far they look great!

Maybe I'm blind, but I haven't been able to find anything specific on PVP. Just wondering if it's going to be a big ganking party or will there be other options. Does anyone have any information on this.

There will be planets, like Alderaan, designated as PVP zones.

almost every day this game comes into my mind, regardless if i look at anything star wars related... I simply cannot wait to play it early next year... hope i get chosen for beta testing in another round or so

At this point we would be looking at going to the "Light Side" for the game overall however there will be a discussion for the "Dark side" sister guild. Overall I would like to start taking applicaitons for the Project Offficers for the game... One that may become the Force Commander and Company Commmander once we are established and reach critical mass.

It will all of us the one thing we need to do is to decide how fast we can form and how fast we should recruit. I would like to have a full court press on this game overall.

The one thing about the Watch that has always impressed me is how fast we can get formed on a game. I think WAR took the gang about a week if that to get a good solid foundation. The only thing that I notcied with WAR was the low pop server killed us. There wasnt enough people to recruit. I think as long as we can find a well populated server we should be able to do well and I would say recruit as fast as we can, but still going about it the right way so we get solid people/players out of it. Just thinking out loud.

I can tell you with my connections across a few LOTRO servers that theres gonna be a massive influx from these players, of course this is still very early, but I do know that much. many people just from our server, Gladden, will be joining the game, not just from our kinship either.
