Active Guild MembersThis is the main roster of the Watch listing all members who are active and do not have a special assignment.

Guild MemberThis is the normal position of a member in the Royal Black Watch.

Sergeant (SGT)Sergeant is the rank where most members of the Watch will spend their entire career. This is the rank for those who have proven themselves time and again but do not desire greater leadership responsibility. Those who are persevering, however, may reach for and attain greater goals, some even earning a promotion to the next higher enlisted tier of senior non-commissioned officers (NCO) or, with approval from the Regiment Commander, attaining the right to become an officer. Sergeants are evaluated every 90 days for potential promotions.

RIFT "Hopeless Valor" AwardAWARD: RIFT "Hopeless Valor" Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to members who constantly give of their in-game assets to the guild bank or fellow guild members.

DESCRIPTION: Awarded to members who display strong and consistent effort in crafting for the good of the guild.

RIFT High Achievement AwardAWARD: RIFT High Achievement Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to members who reach level 50 in RIFT

Meritorious Service MedalAWARD: Meritorious Service Medal
DESCRIPTION: This award is given to a Watch member that performs well beyond the call of normal duty and sets a positive example within his unit as a whole.

JUSTIFICATION: This award is for game improvement (something that benefits only the Game they play, not the entire guild).

RIFT Founders Award (RETIRED)AWARD: RIFT Founders Award
DESCRIPTION: Awarded to members who were present when the guild was formed in RIFT.

3rd Membership AwardAWARD: 3rd Membership Award

Elder Scrolls Online Formation Award (RETIRED)AWARD: The Elder Scrolls Online Formation Award
DESCRIPTION: Member was part of RBW and the original team for Guild formation during the ESO "head start".

JUSTIFICATION: Verification by the person issuing the award that the receiving member meets the criteria listed in the award description.
