Guild MemberThis is the normal position of a member in the Royal Black Watch.

Sergeant (SGT)Sergeant is the rank where most members of the Watch will spend their entire career. This is the rank for those who have proven themselves time and again but do not desire greater leadership responsibility. Those who are persevering, however, may reach for and attain greater goals, some even earning a promotion to the next higher enlisted tier of senior non-commissioned officers (NCO) or, with approval from the Regiment Commander, attaining the right to become an officer. Sergeants are evaluated every 90 days for potential promotions.

DESCRIPTION: Awarded for playing as a member of the LOTRO company for 6 months.

4th Membership AwardAWARD: 4th Membership Award
DESCRIPTION: This is a regimental medal, awarded for four years of membership in the Royal Black Watch.

JUSTIFICATION: Verification by issuing officer based on the member's roster join date.

Elder Scrolls Online Formation Award (RETIRED)AWARD: The Elder Scrolls Online Formation Award
DESCRIPTION: Member was part of RBW and the original team for Guild formation during the ESO "head start".
AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO, CSM, Squad leader
JUSTIFICATION: Verification by the person issuing the award that the receiving member meets the criteria listed in the award description.

5 Year Veteran Recognition AwardAWARD: 5 Year Service Recognition Medal
DESCRIPTION: This is a regimental medal, awarded to a member in honor of their five years of membership in, and dedicated service to the Royal Black Watch Regiment.
