Staff OfficersThe Headquaters staff responsiable for running the guild in most of the games.

Server AdminstratorAdministers the RBW server and ensures that it remains stable, updated, and in good working order. Assists the Website Administrator with server configuration. He/she reports to the Adjutant.

Staff Sergeant (SSG)Staff Sergeant is the first rank in the senior NCO tier, this is where your ground pounder and basic line troop leaders will reside. Most company positions require the member to have the rank of Staff Sergeant before they may be placed in the position. A Staff Sergeant in good standing may be promoted to Sergeant First Class 180 days after their date of rank. Those who show their worth may become a Sergeant First Class, which is the highest enlisted rank one may attain on their own. At the Company Commander's discretion time may be extended or shortened in this rank due to merit.

1st Membership AwardAWARD: 1st Membership Award
DESCRIPTION: This is a regimental medal, awarded for one year of membership in the Royal Black Watch.
AWARD AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO and Wardens, Adjutant, PAC Officer.
JUSTIFICATION: Verification by issuing officer based on the member's roster join date.

2nd Membership AwardAWARD: 2nd Membership Award
DESCRIPTION: This is a regimental medal, awarded for two years of membership in the Royal Black Watch.
AWARD AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO and Wardens, Adjutant, PAC Officer.
JUSTIFICATION: Verification by issuing officer based on the member's roster join date.
CATEGORY: MEMBERSHIP AWARD
