Inactive Ready ReserveThese are members that are "frozen in time" since they do not have a game that the Watch is playing, but they wish to remain with the Watch and perhaps join us in a new land.

Inactive MemberThis position is given to members currently in the inactive status on the in-game roster and has not logged into the game in over 6 months.

Sergeant (SGT)Sergeant is the rank where most members of the Watch will spend their entire career. This is the rank for those who have proven themselves time and again but do not desire greater leadership responsibility. Those who are persevering, however, may reach for and attain greater goals, some even earning a promotion to the next higher enlisted tier of senior non-commissioned officers (NCO) or, with approval from the Regiment Commander, attaining the right to become an officer. Sergeants are evaluated every 90 days for potential promotions.

DESCRIPTION: Awarded to a member for contirbutions of time/materials to the guild. This award may be given multiple times. Award authority of Company Commander and Regiment Commander only.

JUSTIFICATION: None

1st Membership AwardAWARD: 1st Membership Award
DESCRIPTION: This is a regimental medal, awarded for one year of membership in the Royal Black Watch.
AWARD AUTHORITY: RCO, DCO and Wardens, Adjutant, PAC Officer.
JUSTIFICATION: Verification by issuing officer based on the member's roster join date.
